  • All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

  • Placing an order does not guarantee its acceptance.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraudulent activity, or incorrect customer information.

5. Payment

We currently offer the payment methods displayed at checkout, including Cash on Delivery (where available) and other approved payment options.

6. Yard Cutting & Custom Orders

Many of our fabrics are sold by yard cutting.

Once fabric has been cut according to the customer's requested length, it cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Incorrect fabric length sent

  • Manufacturing defect

  • Product damaged before delivery

7. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided for customer convenience only and may vary due to courier operations, public holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for complete details.

8. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy. Customers must report any issue within 24 hours of delivery.
