At Tawakkal Cloth House, we are committed to providing premium-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Every order is carefully inspected before dispatch. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please follow the policy below.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange only if:

You received the wrong product.

The product is damaged during delivery.

The item has a verified manufacturing defect.

The delivered quantity or fabric length is different from your order.
Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers are requested to inspect their parcel immediately upon receiving it.
If you notice any issue with your order, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be accepted.

Fabric Cutting Policy
As many of our fabrics are cut according to the customer's requested yardage, fabric cut to your requested length cannot be returned or exchanged unless:

The wrong fabric was delivered.

The incorrect length was sent.

The product has a manufacturing defect.

The item was damaged before delivery.
Return Conditions
Returned items must:

Be unused and unwashed.
-
Be in their original condition.
-
Include original packaging and tags (if applicable).

Be approved by our support team before being returned.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Fabric cut to the customer's requested yardage.

Custom-cut or special-order items.

Products damaged after delivery due to washing, ironing, misuse, or improper handling.

Orders placed with incorrect information provided by the customer.

Change of mind, dislike of color, design, or fabric texture after delivery.
Refund Policy
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective product).
Right to Refuse
Tawakkal Cloth House reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange request that does not comply with this policy or if the product shows signs of use, damage, alteration, or is reported after the allowed timeframe.
